The 20-minute strategy call is free. If we move forward, we begin with a fixed-price diagnostic—typically $1.5–2.5K. After that you get a scoped quote for the rebuild—typically $5–10K. No surprises.

Phase 1 (Diagnostic): • 100% upfront to reserve the slot. • Get 100% of this fee credited if we start the next phase within 60 days. If we move into a project, payments are milestone-based with a clear scope and timeline. Phase 2 (Rebuild) options: Payment structure is confirmed in your proposal. Details: • Payment methods: ACH or card. • Net: Due on receipt (work pauses if invoices age past 7 days). • Changes: Any out-of-scope work is quoted before we proceed.
